Pizzeria Limone

Pizzeria Limone. Have you heard of it? It's a pizza restaurant that is only found in Utah. They recently opened a location in St. George. Seth and I went and tried it and were pretty impressed. Not blown away but it was definitely tasty.

Their pizzas are meant to feed one person. It looks like a lot of pizza but they are thin crust so you don't feel like an elephant once you finish your pizza ;-) We decided to get two pizzas and share. We got the Limone and the Margherita.

The Limone was VERY different but was pretty good. It has an olive oil base and is topped with garlic, red onions, cheeses, basil and of course...sliced lemons. If you're feeling adventurous this is the pizza to try.

Now onto the Margherita...Seth and I are kind of margherita pizza snobs...This one was good but nothing compared to Riggatti's or Bella Marie's margherita pizzas. For those of you who don't know what a margherita pizza is YOU ARE MISSING OUT! Basically a margherita pizza consists of garlic, basil, tomatoes and cheese. Delicious.

Next time I think we need to try the Pepperoni and the Caprese. P.S...Limone is pronounced like this: Li - mo - nay

ALSO! I didn't get a picture of it because there were people sitting there but they have an awesome outdoor seating area! Perfect for St. George Summer nights.
