The Water Conservancy District opened the garden in May of this year. According to this article by St. George News other partners in the project were The City of St. George, Virgin River Program, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Utah Division of Water Resources and the Red Cliffs Desert Reserve. The garden has endangered species and is meant to give people ideas of how to landscape without using too much water. The garden is next to the office building for the Water Conservancy District near the Dixie rock.

These swings are my favorite. This one is the best one in my opinion because I think it has the best views. It is at the highest point of the garden.
